The Water Audit Co. provides on site water auditing, testing, and diagnostic consulting services for commercial properties. We are not a licensed contractor and do not perform plumbing, construction, or repair work of any kind.
Field readings (pH, dissolved oxygen, and related measurements) are collected using calibrated professional equipment. Sample analysis, where applicable, is conducted by independent third party certified laboratories. Results are provided for informational and diagnostic purposes only. Regulatory, compliance, or legal decisions should be independently verified with the applicable authority.
By scheduling a site visit, the client authorizes The Water Audit Co. staff to access designated areas of the property for the purposes of sampling, testing, and data collection. The Water Audit Co. is not responsible for pre-existing site conditions or hazards not disclosed prior to the visit.
Audit findings and recommendations are diagnostic in nature and do not guarantee specific water savings, cost reductions, or regulatory outcomes. Actual results depend on factors outside our control, including equipment condition, usage habits, and third party actions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Water Audit Co. is not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising from decisions made based on audit findings, or from repair or construction work performed by any third party contractor.
Rebate and savings estimates shown through our calculator or reports are informational estimates based on general averages. Actual rebate eligibility and amounts are determined solely by the issuing utility or agency.
